Password Storage

“Your personal password keeper”, the tagline for this Vitaly Kornienko-developed application, perfectly describes what Password Storage can do. This application will store all your passwords and any other data you may want to provide, and it will do it all in a secure fashion (lets you password protect access to the application).

To install Password Storage on your Windows-powered machine, you must download and then run an 889KB executable. When you do so, a setup wizard will show up and help you get Password Storage up and running. It will take little time and little effort to install Password Storage.

Password Storage’s interface is divided into two panes: the pane to the right presents a list of websites while the pane to the right displays all the info you want to add about that website (username, password, notes, and so on). At the top there are buttons for copying, creating, editing, deleting, and finding entries. There’s also an Options button that you can use to change the application’s skin, set up a password, and more.

To add a website to the list, select the left hand pane and hit the Create button – or use the handy Insert shortcut key. To start adding info about that website, select the pane to the right and once again hit the Create button – or use the Insert keyboard shortcut. You can add a username, a password, a note, anything you want.

Right click a website’s URL from the left hand pane, hit Open, and your browser will launch and take you to that website.
Right click anywhere in the right hand pane, select Generate, and you will be presented with a useful password generator.

You can use Password Storage for free for an evaluation period of one month. When you close the application, you will be presented with a delay screen.
